To ensure gifting campaigns are timely and relevant, Phin needs accurate, real-time employee data, like start dates, job roles, employment status, and location. Their platform must know when an employee joins, hits a milestone, or celebrates a birthday, so the gifting experience can feel personal and meaningful.
Initially, Phin's customers had to manually upload employee rosters or build their own integrations with their HR systems. This was manageable for small teams, but quickly became a bottleneck for growing companies with distributed teams and multiple HR tools.
