Problem

Manual Exports, Crude Calculations, and Growing Admin Overhead

The integration requirements spanned three critical areas:

  • Real-time access to PTO and leave data from customers' HRIS systems
  • Accurate timesheet and clock-in data for fair payout calculations
  • Automated payroll writeback to eliminate manual CSV uploads

Before partnering with Bindbee, Grazzy's team was building these integrations in-house, and the gaps were creating real product issues.

Attendance & PTO Blind Spots: Without direct access to HRIS leave data, Grazzy was calculating attendance in an unoptimised way. This sometimes led to technicians being unfairly penalized when they had legitimate PTO, creating trust issues around payout accuracy.

Incomplete Timesheet Data: Grazzy's GPS-based tracking captured on-site work hours but missed commute time and other nuances. The more accurate timesheet data lived inside customers' HR systems, but accessing it required custom integrations for each platform… a time-consuming effort that didn't scale.

Solution

How Bindbee Closed the Loop on Grazzy's Data Workflows
